How much do you charge for delivery? 

We charge £ 6.95 for a standard delivery service. 

How quickly will I receive my goods? 

It is advisable that you allow seven (7)working days for delivery.  

Can I get my goods delivered to me at work? 

Yes, the website allows you to enter a different shipping address when you place your order, however this address will not be saved for the next time you shop online with ACE Electrical. 

Is my account debited for the purchases straight away? 

As soon as an order has being placed, the payment will be debited from your Paypal account.  

What happens if I am not at home to sign for my parcel(s)? 

The delivery service we use will leave a card informing you that delivery was attempted.  You need to take this card to the local sorting office where you will be able to collect your parcel within 7 working days. 

Is it safe to shop online? 

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software, this is standard technology used for safeguarding your personal information. It works by encrypting information transmitted from our website.

Simply call our customer services on 0115 9444 300 who will be able to email your password to you.  
 

How can I become a member? 

It is easy to become a member of ACE Electrical, all you need to do is open an account online where you will be prompted to choose a username and password. You will need to remember these each time you wish to log on to the site and purchase items. In order to purchase you can use debit card, credit card or a Paypal account. All payments are submitted through PayPal this is the safest way of purchasing items online.  

What is your returns policy? 

Our returns policy states that an item must be returned within 10 days of receipt, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging. The item itself must be returned unworn and undamaged in order for a refund or exchange to take place. 

If goods are received faulty or damaged please return with proof of purchase explaining the reason for return. Once received, we will then send a replacement out to you immediately
